Really.. Do we need to pay so much and there is do much need in our schools???

You need to pay market rates to hire somebody with the experience and
competence to manage the school district, to make sure that the teachers
are trained and that appropriate programs are implemented and run
properly. Trying to hire a leader for
our school district on the cheap is the definition of penny wise and
pound foolish. His salary is consistent with others in Westchester
(where the cost of living is, as we all know, pretty high). He was
chosen after an exhaustive search by an experienced Board of Education.
He is experienced, seems like a nice guy and, as a bonus, is fluent in
Spanish and Portuguese (and speaks some French).

Там одни фельдшеры, а врач, который там работает, мне слишком хорошо известен. Я с ним вместе училась, а резидентуру он закончил только в прошлом году. Его и отчисляли, и в резидентуру не брали. Но вот - в итоге через десять лет выучился на нашу беду. Черный парень, да при том еще еврей. Недопредставеленное меньшинство, за уши вытащенное к свету знаний. Правда, ношение кипы и талеса ему ума не прибавило. Говорю сыну: "к нему ни в коем случае. И вообще там вокруг чернушник, валите оттуда"."
