I liked your card, even though I absolutely do not think I was the best science teacher in your life. If yes, I am sure you will meet better teachers later in your home country high school or in the University. I've got very tired, and probably you felt it in April and May. I was a few times sick during this year, and even though at the beginning I tried to deny that this affected my professional performance, eventually I should admit that it was the case indeed. Working two jobs, being sick at the same time and rising 5 year old child is not a best combination of events for teacher, and all of that happened to me this year... You see, not olny you have excuses when you come to the class late.
Saying that I was not excellent teacher does not mean that I deny the fact that we had a good time. We had a great time! I believe, that most important feature of any teaching is mutual understanding and high level of safety in classroom. And we had it during this year. We created it all together - me and you - and I am grateful, that you participated.
I think many times your smiles made my day, and what else could teacher dream about? (Well, I know, your good grades, but I think we learned quite some stuff indeed).

Well, I disagree of what you said, first this model of "Perfect Teacher" does not exist, the only true is that we are humans and as humans we do mistakes but later we learn from it and grow, when I say WE I means (students and teachers).
Dr. Litvine, I am nobody to judge you, your life is complicated but what counts is your effort to do everything as good as your human being can and you reached during this year. You should be proud as a person, mother, teacher. Thanks you for being trying for all the ways to teach us, it was not an easy task, all of us are from different cultures and learning levels, even thought you bring the best from us.
