- Curriculum vitae
- Graduate transcripts (unofficial acceptable)
- Pastoral Letter of Recommendation from current pastor verifying church membership and participation in local congregation as well as evaluation of applicant's personal commitment to Christ.
- Personal Testimony: a description of the applicant's relationship with Christ.
