Guys, can you help me to solve this problem?
A cross is carried out between two heterozygous individuals (AaBb) where the genes A and B are not linked genes.
What would be the proportions of genotypic recombinants* amongst the offspring of this cross?
*A genotypic recombinant is an offspring with a genotype different than both parents for the traits in question.
It is an IB multiple-choice, and my solution does not coincide with any suggested answer (this situation does not happen frequently).
Thank you very much in advance!
